BRISBANE


The campus of Nazarene Theological College is located in the suburb of Thornlands in the Redland Shire, a 35 minute drive south-east of the heart of Brisbane in the State of Queensland in the Commonwealth of Australia. NTC is in a tranquil bush land environment, conducive to study and family living, yet within 10-15 minutes drive of such amenities as the major retail and banking centres at Cleveland, Alexandra Hills, Capalaba and Victoria Point; Redland Hospital; educational facilities like the Thornlands State Primary School, Cleveland State Primary School, Cleveland State High School, Redlands Christian College and the Alexandra Hills campus of the Moreton Bay TAFE College.

The campuses of Griffith University, Queensland University of Technology and the University of Queensland are easily accessed by car, train or bus. Regular bus services connect NTC to the Cleveland railway station, Capalaba Park and Capalaba Central Shopping Centres, the Brisbane City Business District and many other locations.

The Redland area has many thriving churches of all denominations and several local congregations of the Church of the Nazarene.

SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND


NTC Brisbane is in the South East corner of the state. It is 1 hour from the Gold Coast to the South which has some of the world's best beaches and surf. It is only 1.5 hours from the Sunshine Coast to the north. Brisbane and Redlands is protected from the open ocean by Moreton and Stradbroke Islands. From this you may rightly conclude that water sports are big in this area, especially in the summer months when the temperature is around 28 degrees celsius.
