Housing Information
One, two and three bedroom units (unfurnished) are available. Dormitory rooms are also available; some with kitchen facilities. Contact the college office as soon as possible to apply for housing. The rental rates below are effective as from 1 February, 2010.

NTC administration reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary charges for non-metered electrity and the ambulance levy if the cost of these services varies. Rents must be two weeks in advance at all times throughout the rental. If the rental agreement is not maintained, occupants will be given two weeks notice to vacate.
Security Deposit
A standard charge of four weeks rent (security deposit) plus two weeks rent in advance, is required at the time of confirming the room or unit before the premises are occupied. This deposit will be refunded, less an amount for carpet cleaning and costs of repairs necessary because of intentional or negligent damage to the property. The cost to replace lost door keys will also be deducted. Refunds will normally take place within two weeks of the accommodation being vacated.
Electricity
Dormitory room rentals include electricity usage. All units are billed each month as per meter reading.
Billing
Rental rates are subject to periodic review. Nazarene Theological College uses a computerised billing system for accounts. Rental charges are applied weekly, statements are issued monthly.
